Chef Philippe Peretti is from Corsica, and was fascinated with food and has shown keen interest in French culinary art since young age. He has entered this profession by training under some of the top Chefs and various kitchens of Michelin Stars restaurants in France for many years. He also obtained diploma in both Cooking and Restaurant Management from leading professional schools in France and England. As most of the gifted young chefs, Philippe has traveled the world, gaining knowledge and experience of various cuisines through working in different places. Other than France he has also worked in New York, Hawaii, Israel etc.. His journey has covered England, America, Australia, China, Japan, Cambodia and most of South East Asia.
Philippe was commissioned by Prince Ranariddh Sihanouk of Cambodia to help set up and to train The Palace’s Food and Beverage.
After 20 years of traveling, by chance, Philippe has fallen in love with Thailand during one of his holiday and decided to make it home.
Year 2005, Philippe has been invited by the Thai International Airway to exclusively design their in-flight menus for the First and Business Class on their Bangkok-Europe and Bangkok-Australia route.
